These terms and conditions govern the purchase and delivery of the website audit and homepage mockup service offered by Sue Berry, trading as More Site Clients, Canary Islands, Spain. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
More Site Clients provides a one-time website audit service that includes:
All work is carried out personally by Sue Berry. The service is delivered by email to the address you provide in the intake form.
The service fee is a one-time flat-rate payment of €105 / £95 / $120, payable in advance via Stripe. No subscription is created. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; More Site Clients does not store your payment details.
Once you have submitted your intake form and work on your audit has begun, no refund will be issued. If you have paid but have not yet submitted your intake form, please contact us at help@moresiteclients.com within 48 hours of payment to request a refund. Refund requests received after work has started will not be accepted.
After payment, you will be asked to complete a short intake form providing your business name, website URL, email address, and any specific concerns. The audit cannot begin until this form is submitted. If we do not receive your intake form within 30 days of payment, we will attempt to contact you at the email address associated with your Stripe payment. If no response is received within a further 14 days, the order may be considered abandoned and no refund will be due.
We aim to deliver the completed audit, fix list, and homepage mockup within 7 business days of receiving your completed intake form. Delivery times may vary depending on demand. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you by email. Delivery is to the email address you provide in the intake form.
The audit report and fix list are prepared for your use and remain yours once delivered. The homepage mockup concept is created for your business and ownership transfers to you on delivery. More Site Clients retains no rights to the mockup after it has been delivered.
The audit and mockup are provided in good faith based on the information available and our professional assessment at the time of delivery. More Site Clients makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, including search ranking improvements or increases in leads or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
