What data we collect

We collect the following personal data when you submit the intake form after purchasing an audit:

• Your business name
• Your website URL
• Your email address
• Any specific concerns or notes you choose to provide (optional)

We do not collect any data simply from visiting this website. No analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies are in use.

Why we collect it

The information you provide is used solely to carry out the website audit service you have purchased and to deliver the results to you by email. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not share it with any third parties except as described below.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you click to pay, you are taken to Stripe's secure checkout. More Site Clients does not receive or store your card details. Stripe may collect and process your payment data under their own privacy policy, which you can read at stripe.com/privacy.

How we store your data

Your intake form details are sent to us by email and stored in our email account for the purpose of completing the audit. We retain this information for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted. We do not store your data in any third-party CRM or database.

No marketing or data sharing

We will never pass your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send marketing emails, and purchasing an audit does not add you to any mailing list.

Your rights under GDPR

As a resident of the EU or EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data, subject to any legal obligations to retain it.
